PAR72 approached Hayes Media to introduce a completely new concept to the South African golf market and drive both bookings and membership sign-ups. As the first facility of its kind in the country, the challenge was to clearly communicate what PAR72 offers while showcasing the advanced technology and coaching capabilities within its golf bays. We developed a fully integrated campaign built around an entertaining hero brand film, where a beginner’s wayward shot humorously bounced through the facility before a professional coach helped him perfect his swing. This creative approach allowed us to showcase the facility, its features, and the transformation golfers can expect, positioning PAR72 as the ultimate destination for golfers looking to improve their game.

The strategy was to introduce PAR72 to the South African golf market through an entertaining and educational full-funnel campaign. We used a cinematic hero brand film to build awareness and clearly demonstrate the facility’s purpose and unique technology. Talking head reels and customer testimonials were then used to educate golfers and build trust by showcasing real improvement stories. Finally, static creatives and retargeting ads were focused on driving direct bookings and membership sign-ups, with all campaign performance data continuously analysed to refine targeting, messaging, and creative for maximum return on investment.
